{"id":8389,"date":"2026-08-23T15:12:24","date_gmt":"2026-08-23T18:12:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalbahianoticia.com.br\/?p=8389"},"modified":"2026-08-23T15:12:24","modified_gmt":"2026-08-23T18:12:24","slug":"stf-retoma-em-setembro-julgamento-da-lei-da-ficha-limpa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalbahianoticia.com.br\/?p=8389","title":{"rendered":"STF retoma em setembro julgamento da Lei da Ficha Limpa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O STF, o Supremo Tribunal Federal, marcou para 11 de setembro o retorno do <strong>julgamento da Lei da Ficha Limpa<\/strong>, que pro\u00edbe a candidatura de pol\u00edticos a cargos eletivos condenados judicialmente.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1700427&#038;o=rss\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1700427&#038;o=rss\"><\/p>\n<p>A Corte vai decidir se as altera\u00e7\u00f5es que <strong>flexibilizam<\/strong> a lei, feitas pelo Congresso em 2025, s\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas. Entre as mudan\u00e7as est\u00e1 a <strong>diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de inelegibilidade<\/strong> para pol\u00edticos cassados, que passou para oito anos a partir da condena\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da pena.<\/p>\n<p>O julgamento vai avaliar a a\u00e7\u00e3o protocolada pela Rede Sustentabilidade que pede a derrubada da lei.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, a vota\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 2 a 0 contra as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es.
