O zagueiro, embora recuperado de uma les\u00e3o na coxa direita, ficar\u00e1 em S\u00e3o Paulo para aprimoramento f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<h2>Como foi o treino?<\/h2>\n<p>A comiss\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica abriu o dia exibindo um v\u00eddeo com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para os atletas. Ap\u00f3s o aquecimento, Dorival J\u00fanior e sua comiss\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica comandaram um jogo de 11 contra 11 em espa\u00e7o curto e na sequ\u00eancia um treino posicional para finalizar os ajustes t\u00e1ticos de olho na partida, seguido de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es de bolas paradas. Para outra parte do grupo, houve um novo trabalho em espa\u00e7o reduzido.<\/p>\n<p>O treino deste s\u00e1bado contou com um passo importante na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>Lucas.<\/strong> O atacante deu sequ\u00eancia aos trabalhos de fisioterapia com exerc\u00edcios no gramado, incluindo corrida linear e movimentos com bola.
